Special Ballot Review Process
If you vote a Special Ballot, the Board will determine whether to count your special ballot based on the information you provided on the Special Ballot Envelope. If you are a Same Day Registrant, are changing your name and/or address, or are listed as “ID Required,” and you did not provide valid proof of residence when you cast your special ballot, you must bring valid proof of residence to the Board of Elections by the close of business on the Tuesday after Election Day in order for your special ballot to be counted.

Questions
If you have any questions about your special ballot determination, please contact the Board of Elections at 1-866-DCVOTES (1-866-328-6837).
